How it Works:

Will the EZ-NUT fit my board?

If your board uses a standard single fin or center fin box with a plate-and-screw mounting system, the EZ-NUT fits. That covers the vast majority of longboards, mid-lengths, and single fin setups. If you're not sure, check your current fin setup — if it uses a flat plate that slides into the box and gets locked down with a screw, you're good to go.
Will my fin actually stay in? I don't want it coming loose in the water.

Yes — the EZ-NUT tightens hand-tight to the same holding strength as a screwdriver. We've never had a fin come loose. The whole point is to make installation easier, not weaker. Tighten it until it's snug, give your fin a wiggle, and if the nut's still tight you're done.
Does it work with my fin?

The EZ-NUT works with any fin that uses the plate-and-screw mounting system, regardless of brand.
Do I need any tools at all?

None. That's the whole point. No screwdriver, no fin key, no digging through your bag on the beach. Just hand-tighten and go.

Its a brilliant idea and product, it really does make you wonder why no one has thought of this before and why we have all been struggling with the old design for years! Even the fin bolts that don't require a screwdriver and can be screwed in by hand are a hassle, as you have to align them with the plate which is sitting out of sight in the fin box. By simply reversing this and making the thread stick out upwards, rather than downwards, EZ Nut have created a game changing and quality product that will be appreciated by all that use them.
